Kodaka Hasegawa, ostracized due to his intimidating appearance, joins forces with the antisocial Yozora Mikazuki to create the Neighbor’s Club—a place where lonely students can learn social skills and find friends. Among the eccentric and awkward club members, light romances surface, fueled by lingering crushes and fragile egos.
