Tomoyo After follows the story line from Key's spin-off visual novel, Tomoyo After: It's a Wonderful Life. In this storyline Tomoyo and Tomoya begin dating romantically after he moves into his own apartment. Tomoyo discovers she has a half-sister and the two begin taking care of her as well as interacting with other members of Tomoyo's family.
